    We have strong wifi, superb vibes and loads of opportunity for you to take your sweet time. You could even hangout to check email, organize your schedule, make your grocery list etc…

About the Studio

In a lot of ways A Slow Studio is the opposite of most movement gyms or yoga studios: no mirrors, no membership, no 30 day challenges, no high intensity classes and definitely no talk of diets or bikini bodies.

We are a matriarchal, collaborative community where healing is shared, self-defined and rooted in connection.

This is a place where we can all stop chasing the proverbial burn, sweat and hustle. Where we can slow down, be ourselves in a diverse, welcoming community.

Where we can find peace in our bodies and our minds.

We are not a typical studio. We are not interested in manipulating you into showing up. We refuse to manufacture urgency or put pressure on you to say yes before you’re ready. 

We want you to make a conscious decision to walk through the door and show up to practice, each and every time. We want these practices to be accessible to everyone, no matter your financial capacity.

We reject hierarchy and exclusivity, embracing rest, authenticity, and mutual care for all, regardless of means. Every contribution sustains the spaces you heal in and the community you heal with. The space is sacred—and it is yours to explore and shape.
