We have dreamed about having a movie night for years and we are finally doing it!!!
Film Screening!!!
Friday, May 30th
6:30pm
We’re watching the 1972 film, What’s Up, Doc starring the beloved Barbara Streisand whose whit perfectly embodies the cartoon-come-to-life that this film is. And like a cartoon, this film doesn’t ask too much of its audience, the film is like a vaudevillian experience: full of performers dedicated to making their audience laugh. And to take them on an adventure of perfect silliness.
What’s Up, Doc occupies a region just north of complicated, but resounds in importance for a belly laugh being just as necessary as an apple a day.
We have blankets, Japanese floor mattresses, and yoga bolsters. We also have a variety of chairs.
Please bring:
- snack and drink (no alcohol)
- pillow (if you like)
Dress cozy (PJs are welcomed), in layers
The film is G rated and 1 hour 34 minutes

We have a projector in our cocoon/black room. We can comfortably seat 25 people.
